Hey everyone! These two hats went live months ago and I realized I’d not done a post. So here they are!
Both are unisex adult hats featured fun textured patterns. They’re quick to knit and make great gifts.
Here are the details on the two hats.
Janie’s Chevron Hat
This slouchy unisex hat, with or without the optional pom pom, is all about texture and comfort.
The seed stitch chevron and diamonds pattern is enough to keep your interest, and to show off the lovely yarn, but isn’t too complicated.
This hat is a companion to my short story, The Fabric of the Stitches. In that story, Janie works on a hat pattern while recovering from a horrible loss. This is a variation of her first version, Janie’s Diamond Hat.

Janie’s Diamonds Hat
This unisex slouchy hat features a center band of large seed stitch diamonds with bands of smaller purl diamonds above and below.
Use handpainted yarn for a colorful hat with hints of textures, or a solid yarn for more distinct patterns.
