December’s picture is of windows of the Federated Church in Edgartown. I took these pictures around 6pm in May 2012. I liked the way the light was streaming into the church and illuminating a little bit of the balcony. The colors look warm and comforting to me.

I set out today to meet my daughter Patty and to find the beauty in a rainy day.

PS – I came across this picture in one of my mother’s photo albums – just out of curiosity, does anyone remember the Providence House that was in the Campground until the 1960′s when it burned down? It was located near the arcade entrance. Here’s a picture from the early 1900′s. My mother’s step family owned it… I believe the name was Knoop?
